1. What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points are a reward system offered by Zarover to encourage customers to keep returning and make repeated purchases. Customers accumulate points based on their spending, which can be redeemed for various benefits.
2. How do I earn Loyalty Points?
To earn loyalty points, you must first register for the loyalty program, either in-store or through our website. After registration, you will earn points on every purchase made at Zarover.
3. What benefits do I get at each tier?
As you spend throughout the year, your loyalty tier will progress from Classic to Silver, and then from Silver to Gold. If your annual spending exceeds PKR 250,000, you will receive a 15% loyalty reward on every purchase made thereafter.
4. How can I redeem my Loyalty Points?
Points can be redeemed for purchases both online and in-store at Zarover.
5. Do Loyalty Points have an expiration?
Yes, loyalty points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned and will expire after that period.
6. Can I transfer my Loyalty Points to someone else?
No, loyalty points are non-transferable.
7. How can I check my Loyalty Points balance?
You can check your points balance by visiting any Zarover store and providing your registered phone number. Additionally, after each purchase, you will receive an SMS with the updated points balance.
8. Are there any restrictions on earning Loyalty Points?
Currently, loyalty points can only be redeemed for footwear purchases.
